Shipping
- Free tracked shipping on every order.
- Orders leave our fulfilment centre within 1–3 business days and arrive in 7–12 business days.
- You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- If you order more than one item, they can arrive in separate parcels.
Returns: 30 days to try it
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to send it back. To make it quick:
- Email tiendashopclau@gmail.com with your order number. We reply with the return instructions and the address to send it to.
- Send the item back complete and in its original packaging.
- When we receive and check it, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or wrong, in which case we cover it. We cannot accept items damaged through misuse.
Kramio products contain a lithium battery. Before you ship one back, check your carrier's conditions for parcels with batteries; some require specific packaging or labelling. For returns of more than €75, we recommend a tracked or insured service.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Email us at tiendashopclau@gmail.com with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the shipping.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including the legal guarantee for faulty goods (three years for new products in Spain) and your right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
